Here are all the resources at your disposal to help you use the application:

The “FAQ” page provides the rationale and general process for using the application. We suggest you read it first.

The “Step-by-Step” section includes a first series of learning modules allowing you to continue learning the app after the “Quick Start”.

They are designed to gradually help you navigate from one page to the next until you are comfortable doing it on your own. Each module will take you through some pages of the app and the learning content will appear at the top of the page.

If the module you are interested in is not yet available, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.

Several pages are provided with information to understand their operation and parameters.

The information button provides general information about the page. You can access it by clicking on the button.

The tooltips provide additional information about the section or the parameter it is associated with. You can access the information by placing the cursor over the question mark.

Tables

The columns of the various tables often hide additional information. You can make the tooltip appear by placing the cursor on the name of the column. If there is no additional information, the column name will be displayed.

Mobile Devices

If you are using a mobile device, such as a tablet or smartphone, you must press and hold your finger to access the information in the tooltip or the information hidden under the column name of a table.

The site offers a glossary of terms including definitions of acronyms and other terms used. In some cases, a link to a useful source is available. The glossary can also be added as an appendix to the reports if desired.
